Corrupt (?) File Repair? (Run)

NYC Half Marathon file has erroneous Data for miles 14,16 and 17. I think it may be a GPS snafu due to all the large buildings in the area. Those were not 5min and change miles.
(Which I think may have added an extra mile to the total as well.)

If someone can take a look at this and attempt to repair any anomalies spotted, that would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I saw that in the file as well when I exported it to CSV. My associates always run a few extra miles so the total should be around 17 miles. The timing looks OK for the first 18 minutes, The corruption is only at miles 14,16 and 17.

I also attempted to adjust the mileage as well as trimming it from inside Garmin Connect (I cut out the first 44:30) but the Lap/Pace errors still exist. When I export the modified file to GPX and upload it to Strava the numbers are still off.
