Signing issues across Garmin WEB sites???

Is anyone else having issues signing in and or staying signed in with the garmin websites??

When ever I try signing into connect it lets me then kicks me out instantly to the sign in page. same with Connect IQ page and Explore and yes the forums too(took 15 attempts to post this..

  • Same. Spent a frustrating time on chat redoing the same troubleshooting steps I'd repeated 4 times myself before reaching out. Fun with scripts and copy/paste of generic instructions - even when those instructions have ALREADY been carried out and confirmed in writing......

    FYI I'm in Ireland, if this is perhaps regional

    Workaround: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities, sign in, and you'll be fine. Do NOT go to the home page (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/) as you'll be signed out right away again...

    Issue seems limited to that 1 page only (that I've experienced so far). It's the same on different devices (work laptop - Lenovo, on VPN, home laptop - Asus, no VPN (both are Windows 10 Pro), Android phone - latest OS, iPad - latest OS) and different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Edge Beta, Internet Explorer, Safari - all latest versions as at 2022-03-10). Same in incognito/private mode. Same after clearing cache/cookies

    App seems fine (Android) as my watch connects, syncs, all good there. Literally just this 1 page on the website

  • Yes good point - I can log into support site, but then go back to connect home and all sessions dead...
