Benchmark run not syncing

I am having the same issue that many others have. I have followed the instructions provided by Garmin-Kevin and have not had any success. This included quitting the coach plan, starting a new one, syncing via the phone, syncing via the watch, rescheduling the benchmark run and nothing has worked.

Please help! I want to use the coach training plan but am considering returning the watch if there are this many issues with it.
