Wrong distance forerunner 245 music

I'VE tried a training on my new forerunner 245 music. 10min warm up, 4km of lap 1, 2min of recovery, 4km of run and rest.

But because autolap was on, some error occurred and then a single lap of 7 seconds was registered. Problem is that this lap has a measured length of 1km (probably some bug due to overlapping of automatic lap and training lap). Now my activity is 1km longer of a same exact activity without the bug. Is it possible to manually remove that 1km false lap?

  • Try using the trim function. If that won't work for you, there are some 3rd party tools that will add or remove laps, such as Fit File Repair Tool.

If you have any problems, zip the fit file from your watch's file system (GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder), then insert it into your post. We can take a look.
