Repairing corrupt .fit file

Hi,

After 225 km ride I wanted to upload the ride but Garmin Connect won't work automatically and if I try to upload manually Garmin Connect reads:

2022-03-01-09-58-48.fit	1.7 MB	We don't support the file type you tried to import.

Can you please help?
