- Same! I had a success msg in the Starbucks app which I assume meant it applies the Garmin badge. I waited past the 24rs it suggested and still nothing.

It can be done in the web browser. No need to do it on the phone.

I just hit my 400k steps and the link doesn't work. It takes me to the Starbucks app but nothing happens.

Same is happening to me. I got the code but since I didn’t have the app on my phone, I couldn’t immediately enter it. Now that I have the app, I can’t get the code.

It can be done in the web browser. No need to do it on the phone.

I did attempt the online but the error msg persists. I'll wait on my Garmin ticket to hopefully find resolution.

I'm getting something similar... the Starbucks app says that the reward can't be verified

Tried this yesterday and it worked. Points are now showing today. Thank you for the tip.

Did anyone else earn the March 400K Steps Starbucks Award and receive an error message (uh oh) when it tried to sync with your Starbucks account? If so, were you able to get it resolved?

I earned the award and have received two different error messages when it tried to sync with my Starbucks account - first one stated uh oh, second one “this offer can no longer be redeemed”. I have also tried claiming it online from Garmin Connect website (as suggested by another user), but that also was unsuccessful. I don’t really know what else to try. If anyone has suggestions please post!

I completed the challenge but I cannot get my reward, is it supposed to work with canadian starbucks account ?
