Hi,
I'm following the coach for the half Marathon but the training is lighter than what I could do. It says that I can keep running once the time foreseen is over but it is not true, if I keep running the program advances and gets over so the statistics are not recorded neither the training gets updated based on the real kms I run. Any suggestions about how I can make my longer trainings recorded in the coaching plan? (I have a Garmin Venu)
