Garmin training plan schedule

Hi, I accidently deleted a training plan from my schedule. I read somewhere that pausing and resuming the workout can reinstate them, but a si had changed the order of my runs for this week to do my long run in the middle, it comletely changed my next weeks schedule. In the process of trying to rearrange them all I've made a total mess, lost my 15 mile workout from today and given myself endless rest days over the next two weeks. The original plan is still set up on my watch. Is there anyway to reverse sync the training plan? Or to undo changes made from a certain date? I was on a roll and now even my speed runs for example have gone down to 6 reps instead of 12, it's scheduling me an 11 mile run for Sunday, despite the fact this Sundays run was a 15 mile run and I've already completed it, and I only have 1 work out week after next!
