Sharing courses with everybody

  2. I create courses on Garmin Connect
  3. Some courses I mark as public
  4. I can select Near Me and see all the courses near me that others have created
  5. The courses I have created and marked as public do not appear on this list. Why?
  6. I'd like to be able to share some of my courses with the whole community to enjoy.  Am I missing something?

    I just did two test courses and can see them in the Nearby courses tab. Make sure you really made them public.

    I can't see the courses I've created in Strava that has synced to my account.

    There are some display limits, when you select Near Me - then you often do not see all courses in that area, only some of them.

    Move the map and zoom in to find more courses.

     

    It's confusing, so would be better if they change it to grouping bubbles which would show a number of courses close to each other - example: (10), and it would separate after zoom in.

    Thanks guys.  I just checked again now and I can see the circle outside my house which indicates the start point of the run.  I clicked on it and it is indeed the run I created.  There seems to be some delay as I created it this morning, checked on it early afternoon (not showing) and it has just appeared now I have double-checked.  That's great - a fantastic feature which is really helping to keep my long training hours interesting.  I know my neighbourhood and surrounding areas like the back of my hand now!
