New Account Errors

I have signed up for a new Garmin account today. However I am having errors.

I am sure that its probably a setting or consent thing somewhere, but I have gone through everything I can find.

via web browser - When I click on the badge page, I get a message to say - Sorry this page no longer exists.

If I click on my profile picture on the app, it loads up with one activity and then it loads up with a message saying an error has occurred.

I have liked a friends post and haven't got a badge for it.

I have commented on a friends post and they cant see it.

I have sent a friend a challenge and they cant see it.

I created a goal and now it doesn't exist anymore.

Can you help?

You might try on a different computer and a different web browser, just to eliminate some possibilities. If possible, if someone else near you has a Garmin account, they can try logging in to see if they have similar issues or if the problem is with your account.

Thanks for the quick response, I have tried two web browsers and have the same results, so it indicates its an account issue to me.

I have contacted their support for help.

Suggest contacting via chat or phone, otherwise could take a few days to respond via email.
