Lost badge

Hi,

I accidentaly deleted an activity on Garmin Mobile Connect and lost a badge. Is there any way I can get it back?

That is a challenge badge. You can only earn them during the challenge period so there is nothing you can do now to get it back. You can only plead your case to Garmin Support: https://support.garmin.com…

How recent is the activity? Good chance it's still on your watch. Do a manual upload to Garmin Connect - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Hi,

I restored all of my activities from the watch, but I didn't get the badge back. I guess it's lost for good.

Which badge was it? You only need to upload the 1 activity that would qualify for the badge. The one you deleted. Can you post a link to the activity that should have given you the badge?

From my experience it is not possible to lose the challenge badges either. Maybe it is different for the single activity challenge badges. I've only tested it with the cumulative badges when I accidently double reported a ride and got the badge. There was no way to remove it.

When did you remove the activity? Was it during the challenge period or was it over 12 hours after it had ended?

I earned the badge during the challenge period, I deleted the activity by accident yesterday. I never lost a badge before, even after I deleted activities, so I'm a bit surprised by this.
