Corrupt FIT file on Forerunner 35

Sigh... the latest run I did with my Garmin watch produced a corrupt FIT activity file that won't upload. I've heard there are kind folks on these forums that can fix these sometimes. If anyone can fix this one it is much appreciated! Thanks!

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files on a Forerunner 35

Sync your watch then do a full master reset of your FR35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings
Add a weekly cleanup procedure of the ACTIVITY folder to your agenda using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space
Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
