Training status missing from November

I am using forerunner 245. I also had forerunner 735xt, which is not being used. From November, training status is missing in Android and windows apps. I removed 735xt from devices and recorded three activities after that. Still training status is not updated.

Hello Ben Thomas. Do you see the current training status on the watch but not in Garmin Connect?

So that we may assist you further, please reply with the following:

May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
In what country do you live?

I see training status in watch. I also see latest VO2 max in watch. No data in connect app .

Why Does Garmin Connect Show "No Data" for My Training Status?

I see that your Forerunner 245 is showing as the active fitness tracker under a different email address than the email you are using for this forums username and the Garmin Connect account associated with that email address.

I have removed device from another user's garmin connect app. Synched watch with connect app now. How long it will take to reappear the training status?

I show that the watch is still not the preferred activity tracker on your account. You need to complete the instructions (in the FAQ linked above) below the statement for removing the watch from the other user's account. See the screenshot below:

Once you complete the re-pairing process, go out and complete a couple of Training Status compatible activities and you should see the Training Status return to your account.
