Open activates in a new tab

This might seem crazy, but when I am in the calendar, I can't right click to open an activity in a new tab. Instead it just opens it in the same tab and then when I hit the back button it goes back the calendar, but not to the same date. Thus, if I am trying to look at old activities from way back in 2005, I have to click all the way back from 2022 to 2005 each time I look at an activity. Very annoying when looking for old races...

It looks like the calendar is in a frame, but I can't open just the frame. I was thinking this might make it work but it doesn't. Seems like an easy fix and I am surprised it is not an option. I tried in Chrome and Firefox.

  • Hmm, not seeing that here. I'm using Firefox and when I click an activity in the calendar, it opens a small popup box (on same tab) showing the map and some summary data. Then to open the activity there is a "View Details" link at lower right of the popup. I can use that to open the activity in a new tab (either by CTRL-click or right-click menu). The calendar stays where it is on the same month I left it.

It sounds like you're not getting that popup?

  • Yes, I was not getting the pop-up. I cleared the cache and cookies and now the pop-up is there and I see the link I can right click on. Thanks!
