A change, going to the Garmin Connect website

Starting this morning, I now get a CAPTCHA and have to pick the correct pictures, before being allowed to the Garmin Connect (and Garmin.com too) website. What has changed?

Also, am unable to login to Garmin Connect, to upload data from my IOS Connect app. Will be posting in that forum..

No change, sometimes there are threads about captcha. Probably your IP is somehow taken as suspicious.

If you have dynamic IP, then reset your connection (router) to get other one (you may need to turn it off for a minute or so to get other, fast reset may give the same IP).
