Importing data from Fitbit

Hello, I am new to Garmin after being with Fitbit for a number of years and I want to import the data from Fitbit to Garmin but it just keeps saying the is an error, I have tried different ways downloading only a day or a month and even the whole of my data and downloading as a CSV file has anyone got any idea of what could be the problem as I am getting frustrated already and only been with Garmin for a day Triumph?

    Not sure what exactly you are trying to import, but if it is the activities, then you have to import them one by one - a separate file for each activity. You cannot import a list of activities, since the list CSV does not contain all the necessary data

    I'm a little stuck also. I've exported each month out of Fitbit. When I upload each file I don't get an error, but it doesn't give me the option to view. If I look in Activities>Steps I think I'm seeing the proper data. But if I look at Activities>All Activities, it's not showing individual activities--a specific walk or run or cycling event. I saw the comment below and tried to export a specific event to an TCX file. It imported and gave me something to view, but when I opened the event it was empty. I think it's because the TCX should be GPS data but the Fitbit device didn't have GPS built into it. It's frustrating, it's about 2 years worth of data.
