Currently into weeks 5 of 12 with Jeff Galoway.
Ive miseed one workout and my pace is consistently slower than the goal pace and speed pace repeats (I think I was over eager when choosing my goal noting my current pace etc).
The problem is that even with the above being said the confidence level for for raching my goal on this training plan is yet to change. It is still within the green.
Surely the confidence level must drop? It has all my data so not sure why the level is not changing.
