Missing Steps

My Forerunner 935 shows steps and distance in the bar graph but steps for one day do not show in the app.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app, synced numerous times but still one day shows 0 steps when it should be over 10.000 (making my daily goal as the bar graph shows).  Is there any way to fix this?

  • For assistance with steps missing from your Garmin Connect account, we encourage you to reach out to your local Garmin Product Support team directly.  To do this, type "support.garmin.com" in your address bar and use the Garmin Support Center to research your issue.  Once you get far enough in the search, you will see (at the bottom of the page) some contact options, which may include Call, Chat, and Email.
