Hi,
I'm trying to import the 100 and 50 mile routes for the Palm Springs Century (https://tourdepalmsprings.com/event-info/routes/)
I've tried this on both Garmin Connect Web and the iOS app and am unable to import the files in any of the formats (fit, tcx, gpx or csv).
In Garmin Connect Web, I drag and drop the file from my downloads folder, then get a message for the fit file says "One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance." all the other files will say "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again.".
I'm using Win 10, and a Chrome browser, on my personal network, no VPN.
