I accidentally accepted a wrong 100m swimming record - can I revert to the previous one?

On my latest swim, the watch gave me a new 100 Meter personal record, and I accepted it without thinking about it. Now I see that the time it gave me is 36 seconds for 100 Meters - I wish! :-)

The question now is: My previous record was spot on, and I would like to restore it. Any idea how I can do this? I know I can simply delete the personal record, but what happens then? Or is there any other way to do this?

Remove the new record and add the old manually.

If you don't remember which activity and what time it was, then maybe try downloading all your data package. It's at the main domain at account settings: https://www.garmin.com/account/datamanagement/exportdata/

Old records seem to be here: ... \ DI_CONNECT \ DI-Connect-Fitness \ USER_personalRecord.json

Thanks, but I dont see any option to add a personal record manually. I have tried it with records in yards (which I dont use). I have enabled it now, but there is no option to add a time.

Ah OK, got (that wasnt obvious). OK, so I can enter a time. But I cannot go back to the previous record. I mean, Garmin has those data, why doesnt it just show me my fastest times for the category (say 100 Meter Swimming) and let me choose the time to be used for the record?

True, would be nice to have a sortable list of records. Every activity could save records made during it, then all records could be used to select one we want to display. This would be also good for checking how close we were to a record during an activity.

But currently it's not added, you can try sending it through their ideas page, but it can take long if at all.
