Corrupt file help

Hello, would someone be able to help me fix this file? It won't upload to Garmin Connect and it seems like it is a corrupt file. I've tried to repair it myself but I just don't understand the repair programs.

This is the message I get when I try to do an auto repair: The file could not be uploaded. The following error occured: Unexpected end of file while parsing Name has occurred. Line 151558, position 9.
