Sure. Just zip and attach it to your post.

• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

I'm seeing this as a 9.5 km run. Repairable using FIT File Tools section remover with no adjustments made.

Hi thankyou, it was actually about 9 miles so i have obviously lost a decent section

Out of interest the activity is on my watch and has recorded as 9.2 miles, is there no way of recovering the whole thing?

1761308, some fit files can be fixed by FIT File Tools, using the section remover without any adjustments. The result can then be uploaded to Garmin Connect Web using the Import Data page. I tested your file, so this works. Then change the activity type from "Other" to "Running."
