I'm trying to create a new 'Course' on the Garmin Connect website, that mimics my local 'parkrun' course so that I can utilize PacePro. The course is a rough figure 8, repeated two and a half times. I started mapping the course using the Freehand option. This worked fine until the crossover point was reached.
I've modelled the course using the following three figures. Fig.1 shows the lower loop is run clockwise from the green 'start' arrow, with the upper loop run in an anti-clockwise direction until the crossover point.
Fig.2 shows that the lower loop is then run anti-clockwise
Fig.3 shows the upper loop, again, run anti-clockwise.
The last part of the course is the lower loop, run anti-clockwise as in Fig.2.
The problem is that when the first crossover point is reached while mapping, as soon as I click into the lower loop, the Finish marker doesn't snap to my newly clicked point but remains at the last point before the crossover.
