Hello! I’ve decided to try garmin running training plan. I had a benchmark run scheduled for today. So I followed the instructions (2min warm up, 5 min run strong, 2 min cool down) and my run is saved in my app now. However, as there are no changes to my workout plan after this benchmark run, I’m wondering if I should’ve saved it somehow differentlyperhaps not as a regular press “run” button… there were no guidelines regarding how to save it…
In addition to that, I’d like to mention that the fact that I cannot see my workout plan for the current week is really inconvenient as my work schedule is 2 days in a row long hours/then 2 days off and I need to plan my runs in advance. If I see my tomorrow’s workout plan only tomorrow morning… that is a problem
