Manually Upload Activities to Garmin Connect

Hi

I accidently deleted a training session I did today from Garmin Connect and I got this message when trying to import it from my garmin 735xt

One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance.

I have fixed it - all good - I read some of the content in the forum and worked it out.

then get that message, there is a problem with the .FIT file being corrupt. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
