How can i connect with friends while it's not working by Facebook, Google and Contacts?
I can send the invitation link but that is not working although they have a Garmin connect account too and the app.
Really don't know what to do.

Just copy the URL to your profile and send that to them.
Login to https://connect.garmin.com/modern
Click the avatar in upper right corner and click View profile. Copy the URL in the web browser and send it to them.
You can also search by email address for contacts, but you need to know exactly which email address they use for Garmin Connect.
I do not experience any problems when connecting with friends. Just look them up by their handle or email address at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search and send the request. Of course, before the Connection works, the counterpart has to accept the request.
It always seemed overly complicated to add people. Searching the others mail address (if the person remembers what was used to sign up) or non-unique username on a webpage seems so year 2000.
What about a simple QR code exchange in the app?

Isn't sending the friend a link to your profile, or to any of your activities simple enough? He then just needs to click the Connect button there, and it is done without the need to scan any QR code.

I tried this with a friend a few months ago. I pressed the Connections > Invite button in the Connect app which simply gives the recipient a link to your profile. She clicked on it and only got a blank page. I tried changing several profile privacy settings and nothing worked (not that it should've been necessary).
I ended up just searching for her username and adding her that way. It was a frustrating process for both of us.
I tried it more recently and it works now, both on the website and in the app. (I have two accounts, so I was able to see both sides of the process)
As a QR code is simply a different way to send a link, I think the first priority for Garmin would be to make sure the simple Invite or link exchange workflows work properly all the time. A QR code option would be nice but it's obviously only useful if the person you want to connect to is physically present. If they're not, sending a link would work better than a QR code. (On iPhones at least, you need to install a 3rd-party app to scan a QR code from an image, as opposed to using your camera.)
Anyway, to me it's just another example of how Garmin can't get the simplest things right sometimes.
