Forerunner 910xt Is Not Powering

Hi, I bought an used Forerunner 910xt, It came without charge, I used Forerunner 301 charger (5v 0,5A and the 910xt charger is 5v 1A) for changing, I charged the 910xt to 30% then unpluged and tried and worked, But I charged the 910xt to 100% and now Is Not Powering, when I connect charger show in display "Charging -1%, can I charge the 910xt with PC usb Port? Please what can I do?

    For a device of the age of that model, the battery is likely not able to accept (or keep) a full charge any longer.  I would encourage you to reach out to your local Garmin Product Support team.

    To do this, type "support.garmin.com" in your address bar and use the Garmin Support Center to research your issue.  Once you get far enough in the search, you will see (at the bottom of the page) some contact options, which may include Call, Chat, and Email.

    Thanks for your answer, But when The battery discharges the problem will disappear? Then I can charge my 90xt again and avoid to charge to 100%?

    Please make sure that you are using the charging cable/cradle that is meant to be used with the Forerunner 910XT.  If you need assistance with getting the correct charger, please reach out to your local Garmin Product Support team.
