Constant Easy Pace on Half Marathon Plan

I am on week 5 of Amy's half marathon plan and have had constant Easy Pace runs. The Pace isn't changing, just the mileage slightly pet week. I haven't had any of the hills or sprint sessions that have been described in the accompanying videos. Is there a flaw or should I persevere?

  • It's not unheard of, especially if it's your first half marathon. Building your base mileage to be able to complete the distance. I am not familiar with this specific plan. Can you provide a link to it or a screenshot? Somewhere there should be a description of the entire plan along with what exactly should be done each week and day.
