Garmin instinct solar yet again lost all todays activity data!!! What is happening with the hardware and software as it’s getting to be as reliable as a broken clock!
The activities were on the watch as the history allowed me to check the details. Since the last sync they are no longer there but the previous days activities are. I will plug watch into PC to see what FIT files are in the folder. I tried this with the IPad but that doesn’t see the file structure on watch.
You can try a manual upload of your activity to Garmin Connect - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
