Can't see info from data import despite "successful" message.

I did a data import of the last 30 days from Fitbit dashboard to Garmin connect. I exported it as a csv file as the guide stated and used the import function on the garmin connect on the PC.

I changed all the units and it said it had successfully uploaded, however I can not find my steps or sleep information on garmin connect, on the PC nor on the mobile.

Any ideas what has gone wrong?

You posted in the Garmin Connect Mobile Windows forum. I assume you do not have a Windows Phone? Moved thread to Garmin Connect Web forum where it will be more likely to be seen.

May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
In what country do you live?
