GPX file is corrupt and wont sync/upload to Garmin Connect

Can someone help me repair this file to get uploaded to Garmin Connect.

If you can't repair the FIT file, you could always import the file into BaseCamp and then export it as a GPX to load into Connect. You can also view the FIT filer using GPXSee. Both these apps opened your posted file uneventfully.
