Sometimes I just browse Garmin Connect in Safari (iPad, latest iOS). There is a strange error when two or more tabs are open in Safari, the top right corner (where there are three icons and a profile picture) is not available to tap and no menu pop when I touch these icons. But when I close other tabs and Garmin Connect is the only tab, those icons work fine.
All icons are working on my iPad...
eMail is going to take some time, from my location in the States, I can use chat by going to the Garmin support center, enter "Garmin Connect" for product name, then look at the bottom of that page.
Also, I noticed that the issue only occurs when my iPad is in landscape mode. In portrait mode it works fine.
That's interesting. Works for you in landscape mode as well? Wonder if it has to do with the model number. You yave the 12.9" iPad Pro. Mine is the 9.7" iPad Air and Tomasz's iPad is 11".
I rarely if ever, use Safari to view Connect on my iPad. Almost always use Chrome for most things and the Connect app for looking at my training.
Hi, try tapping the icon a little lower, not the center of the icon itself. I tried this way and it works fine even though other tabs are open.
