Repairing corrupt fit file

Hi all,

I went for a run and it shows on my Garmin watch, but I cannot upload it to Garmin Connect or Strava - manually or automatically. I have tried various fit file repair tools, but no luck so far. I just wondered if anyone had expertise with this and might be able to support. I attach the file - grateful for any suggestions or support.

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

After verifying that everything has synced, backup then remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device’s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Avoid excessive button presses such as pausing during your activity. If you need to pause frequently during your run, consider turning on auto pause
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support
