Data import from older programs like timex

Is there a file spec for importing data from (older) other running programs as Timex ?

Not aware of an official file spec. Depends on how the Timex files are exported from their environment. Some files can be imported using formats such as TCX, GPX, or FIT. Probably would need some tweaking and conversion to get it to successfully import, with the use of various 3rd-party apps, such as Fit File Repair Tool.

Though this FAQ is specifically for importing data from FitBit, it does mention that the compatible file types are .tcx and .csv, which will need to be be true for any source from where you are importing into Garmin Connect.
