Steps missing for 1st and 2nd November

I am still not seeing the steps data for the 1st and 2nd of November. Steps from 3rd seem to be uploading correctly now. I've had read that this has been fixed, but clearly not if data that is on my Forerunner 35 does not appear in Connect :(

I've found out the problem. When I got the new watch I added it to the wrong account, so the step counts have been synced to that account - my mistake!, thanks for your help.

Can you please post a picture of what your watch's Steps Widget shows for those dates?

This any good? Sorry it's not clear, but the step count was 10,384.but zero on the Daily summary page. It also means my Goal streak has been reset to 3rd November, should be around 170 days.

Have you synced your watch with Garmin Connect mobile app AND with Garmin Express on your computer?

How Do I Install Garmin Express?

If yes, and you are still not seeing your steps for Nov 1 and Nov 2, please respond to the questions below:

May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
In what country do you live?

Additionally, please provide a phot of each of the last 7 days of what your steps widget shows. This will help us to investigate further.

I have only ever used Garmin Express on my computer to sync. This watch is new, replacing my previous 5 year old Forerunner 35. Before that I had a 110 and a 305 before that, so I've been using them for a good few years :)
