Went for a ride yesterday and it is showing in my Edge 820 history however Edge is not syncing with Connect app on my iPhone XR. No data shows in the app and when I look at the device , it is connected to my phone but I get a message “Sync failed FileTransfer Error time out” . When I click “Sync now”, I get another message “your device seems to be busy and your sync request timed out. Try again later”
any suggestions?
