Sync Data Not Appearing in Web Connect 11/03/2021

When I synced this morning I got the popup message that processing will be slow and to check back later. Well, it's been more than 3 hours and still nothing shows.

Does anyone know what's going on?

  • Today I noticed that some of the data is missing in Garmin Connect.

    The first image is my step breakdown which seems to have stopped updating since 7am today.  However, the second image is the total steps from 9:50am today which matched the total on my watch at that time (missing about 500 steps in the breakdown).  Any ideas on how to resolve this please?

    NB.  Also seems to affect other data such as HR.

  • Tried resetting both my watch and the phone and syncing multiple times and still not updated.

    Also, on the advice from Garmin Support I have tried manually syncing via the Garmin Express app on the computer and that has not worked either.  

  • I have the same issue with my Forerunner 35. Steps since 6am yesterday haven't been tracked on the timeline or sync'd with the website. The app has the correct count of steps though. Weird

  • Still trying to resolve the issue with Garmin support but not had any luck so far.  Seems to impact all of the detailed charts showing breakdown through the day - the reason that I noticed was that there were difference between the totals steps and step total on my phone Slight smile

  • Same has happened to me - synced fine but no data uploaded. It says I haven't done any steps today, yet when I go to the Daily Summary steps section it shows the correct number of steps, so there's clearly a bug that's been introduced

    A test breathwork activity shows oHR is working as the activity has HR data but this doesn't show in the main GC display


    Some data (steps, resting HR) missing on main view of GC Web but Resting HR and steps showing on Daily Summary although WITHOUT timeframe for steps

    I'm on 19.75 but another user on that thread on 19.20 is seeing the same

  • Same here but for me things are not working since sunday...

    Activity from today synced fine but sleep stats, steps, (resting)hr, etc is not appearing... Not in the web interface and not in the mobile app.

    Heartrate info is on the watch itself, tried syncing by wifi, mobile phone and cable... nothing helps

  • This morning I had problems syncing my watch through Garmin Connect. After reaching 50% sync (it's the watch-phone part) it showed me a message that the watch synced with the phone but it will take some time to show up. An hour or so ago the sync completed (also the phone-Garmin servers part).

  • Seems to be a broader issue, there also topics in the Garmoin Mobile & App section of this forum.

    For me it's not working since sunday. Activities sync fine, but all 'general' stuff (steps, resting hr, sleep, etc) is not syncing... Tried it over wifi, cable and phone but nothing works. It IS on the watch itself but not on connect web or mobile...

  • Yeah activity data shows, not 24x7... Had you synced before between Sunday and today?
