Language setting on Garmin Connect web keeps on reset to system default.

I am a Korean, so default language of my Windows is Korean.
Due to poor quality of Korean translation on Garmin Connect web, I set my display preference to English.
But the setting keeps on resetting to system default, Korean.
Can that behavior be fixed?
