corrupt fit file

Question

I have had a couple of files recently that just don't want to upload to my garmin connect 
 I have tried a few things but to no avail 
 any help would be most appreciated

This will work - BAK62422-fixed.fit 
 Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool 
 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: 
 
 After verifying that everything has synced, backup then remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device&rsquo;s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device 
 Avoid excessive button presses such as pausing during your activity. If you need to pause frequently during your run, consider turning on auto pause 
 Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
