Corrupted Garmin fit file

Question

Hello, 
 I had a great run yesterday, but my Garmin watch would not upload the file to Connect. Apparently the file has been "corrupted" for some reason and I have tried multiple different sites for some kind of assistance with no luck. Does anybody know of a possible way to recover this file? file: BAEH1413.FIT

This will work - BAEH1413-fixed.fit 
 Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool 
 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: 
 
 After verifying that everything has synced, backup then remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device&rsquo;s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device 
 Avoid excessive button presses such as pausing during your activity. If you need to pause frequently during your run, consider turning on auto pause 
 Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express 
 If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support
