How do I get the Well oiled machine badge ?

The description: "Improve your cycling VO2 Max or running VO2 Max levels."

Just keep doing activities that will give you a VO2 max value.

Requirements for running VO2 max:

• Running activity must be 10 minutes or longer in length
• Activity must be recorded outdoors with a GPS signal
• Heart rate data from either a built-in optical heart rate sensor or from a chest strap
• Heart rate must be elevated to at least 70% of your maximum heart rate for at least 10 minutes continuously

Currently there are some issues with the training status and VO2 max values so it can be a bit tricky to get the badge right now, but it will be fixed.

Thanks for the quick response. I've been doing all of the above for weeks....still nothing.....running for 2 hours outside in the Florida heat...so HR is waaaaay up there ;-)
