Activity are not display on garmin connect PC

Hello,

Since august 13 my activities are not displayed on garmin connect Web but it's ok on the mobile app.

I only have one account, I disconnect/reconnect on garmin connect Web. 

How it's possible and how to fix this problem ?

  • It isn't possible if you only got one account. The mobile app doesn't have any offline functions so what you see in the app is also in the web.

    I see two possible reasons to this:

    1. You got a second account. Search for any possible mail address you got and possibly could have used here: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search

    2. You are using the Chinese Garmin Connect. If you are in China you will likely automatically use the Chinese one for the app. They don't share accounts so you can use the same email address for two different accounts. One on each system.

    EDIT: Effectively I have 2 account ! :o ! 

    i'm stupid sometimes .... 

    I think that on first account the sync is done by the mobile and the second when I plug my devices into my computer ! It's the only explanation I see
