I like to plan road cycling trips on non-Garnin software and then import those tracks as courses into Garmin Connect for use with my Edge 130Plus. I want to put only a few selected waypoints into the track, but GC keeps adding its own turn cues. (and 30 meters too late, too). It also does that when routing tracks right in Edge, so it doesn't have to do with th import.
I can avoid that by exportung the .fit file from the routing app and copying it directly onto the Edge, but that is an unneccessary nuisance IMO.
