Time in heart rate zones missing in Connect

Hi,

All of a sudden the graph with time in heart rate zones is empty in Garmin Connect (web and app). Up untill friday everything was there. I must have changed something in the settings but I don't know what I did wrong. I added a Garmin Venu 2 watch on Monday, after the information went missing. Both my devices (Edge 830 and Venu 2) have the heart rate zones set up in the user settings. In the images below you can see what I mean. As you can see all the ranges show values well outside of actual values. All my activities before Saturday show the zones just fine, but afther that the ranges are messed up in the activity overview. The heartrate itself during the activity is showing just fine. Sorry for the Dutch but I think the image is clear. Any ideas?

Which heart rate strap are you using?

It would be eaiser if you posted a link to the activity so we can check ourselfs.

Do you see the heart rate graph, avg hr and max hr in the saved activity?

The odd part is that you say that you see the heart rate during the activity.

Ha! Good idea ;)

I am using a Magene heart rate strap that works just fine. As you can see the hr itself is showing.

Now I see the error and what you meant. The HR Zones are messed up in the activity. You should end up in zone 5 which is > 3 bpm, but since they are messed up it probably doesn't work at all.

Zone 5 > 3 bpm • Maximum
Zone 4 2 - 2 bpm • Threshold
Zone 3 1 - 1 bpm • Aerobic
Zone 2 0 - 0 bpm • Easy
Zone 1 255 - -1 bpm • Warm Up

I would try editing the HR zones in the settings just to make them sync again. Then do a test and see if the HR zones are correct in the activity.

Thanks! I I reset the hr zones in the user settings even though that didn't change anything. In the screenshot in my initial post you can see the config. But I will sync the device tonight and give it a try.

It looks like your trick worked! I reset the zones, did a short test with both my watch and my bike computer and the hr zones seem to be showing correct. Thanks!!
