Unable to login to Garmin Connect

Shortly after a Microsoft Windows 10 update, I am now unable to login to Garmin Connect.  After entering ID and password, I am just shown a blank screen.  I have been using Connect for years with no problem.  If I try to access the Garmin support page ,I am shown shown an unpopulated page.  The only change to my system was the latest Windows 10 update.  HELP!

  • Can you try a different web browser such as Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.?  If there is something wrong with your account, best to contact Garmin directly, assuming it is possible, via chat or phone - https://support.garmin.com
