Fit file repair - can anyone help?

Hello there! Could any of you clever lot help me to repair this file?

(This has happened to me a few times lately, so might be time for a new watch...)

You're a legend! Thanks so much for the file and the tips.

It's only happened since I've been doing longer runs so must have too many of those stored. Will be sure to delete more often.
