I'm on the TP free trial. The first time i joined i assumed that the history synch wasn't working so i disconnected it and reconnected. This is against the advice of TP, but i thought i had no other option. It turns out that, 4 days in, there were some very old activities being uploaded and i hadn't noticed. As per the warning, though, no further historic activities were uploaded.
I fully closed and deleted my TP account and started again, then connected to garmin. I am am still seeing new activities but i haven't had any historic ones upload at all (8 days into the new account). It appears i've permanently broken the process, even though i left and rejoined TP.
Can anyone advise why this might be? Is this a garmin or TP issue?
I have a bulk export from garmin but it exports more than activities. You have to import each one individually and only by attempting the import do you see if its an activity file or not. So would be a long and manual process.
Can anyone offer any advice? Is it going to take longer or have i just messed it up for good? Is their another app that i can synch with and then synch with TP? I can wait longer if i have confidence that it will work soon.
I like TP but i want some history to build up my fitness analysis, especially if i pay for premium.
