Extract swim activity from messed up multisport activity?

Hi all. I did a triathlon today but messed up the buttons taking off my suit at T1. Only the swim section of the multisport file is correct. Is there any way I can extract that from the multisport activity and save it as a swim activity? I'm using a mac so I can't use the fit file editors easily.

Richie, I assume this is just an extra "next session" button press and all others were at the correct time? Please insert your origiinal zipped activity .fit file here. We can try repairing it using Fit File Repair Tool.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Thanks a lot! Basically when I realised I'd messed up the buttons, I just hit lap until it was clear so that I could start a new activity for the bike. Only the swim is correct in the multisport file so it'd be great to have a swim only fit file. I have the bike and run saved separately now.7469214337.zip

Fit File Repair Tool requires Mircosoft Access running on a Windows OS. Not possible on a Mac, unless you're able to run Paraells or Bootcamp, or some other emulator.
