Import Fitbit data from fitbit to garmin connect?

Giving this issue a fresh post. The current guide on fitbit on the website is useless, as anybody that wants to migrate their fitbit data has more than a month's worth to migrate, which is the limit fitbit allows before they provide as a JSON file. Has anybody had success migrating the data quickly and easily?

I believe that there is a limitation as to what specific data is compatible and able to be uploaded to Garmin Connect. For example, you may be able to import steps, heart rate data, and sleep, but not…

I wasn't aware of fitbit's limitation to json files. Perhaps we have some resident experts that can assist?

This link give you a CSV but Garmin does not import that either: www.fitbit.com/.../export

Note that in this FAQ states, "It is important that you select the file format of your Fitbit data as CSV.".

In order for you to export the data as a .csv file, please follow instructions from FitBit's FAQ below:

In this FAQ, you will need to export your "recent" data instead of "a complete archive" of your data.

Hi, I have exported all the data from my Fitbit account in CSV format, but I havent been able to upload the same in my garmin account. It seems there is a difference in the data format in the CSV file. Is there a way to format all the data in garmin appropriate format?

I believe that there is a limitation as to what specific data is compatible and able to be uploaded to Garmin Connect. For example, you may be able to import steps, heart rate data, and sleep, but not weight. This may not be specifically accurate as to what types of data are not compatible, I was just using those as an example. I believe that a few other threads have mentioned this. seilogramp do you remember any of these previous threads?
