Step goal completed but didn't sync

This is twice now in under a month that I completed my step goal on the watch before midnight but the next morning the connect website says I am starting over again with zero days in a row.

Very infuriating!!!

I even synced the watch after it reported me clearing my 10,000 step goal, but I didn't check the website

I go on the website and my current goal streak is ZERO!! it was 9 before.

Hello TriMan66. Do the Garmin Connect website and the Garmin Connect mobile app show different values for your previous day's steps? Does your step goal streak show different values on the web view and the app view?

The phone app and website show the same step count for yesterday. The issue is that my FR645 displayed that I reached and surpassed my goal of 10,000 for the day. I guess that didn't get uploaded properly to the website.

I have had that happen a few times where the watch says I reached my goal but when I sync in the morning suddenly I am short by under by 100-200 steps!
